Predict Instant exists to help small business customers navigate the minefield of mobile supplier offers. Our free-to-use referral platform lets you define your requirements, including network, number of lines, data, and handsets, through our smart filter and see a range of live deals from our supplier panel, which we match in good faith as closely as possible to those requirements. If you prefer, we can suggest requirements for you, based on our database of usage by comparable businesses, so you have helpful context for what businesses like yours typically use. When you select a deal, we exchange contact details between you and the supplier, who takes over the sign-up process from there. We’ll always do what we can to make that journey simple and clear. To keep things fair on both sides, here’s what you agree to by using Predict Instant:
Our service is free to you. We don’t charge you anything for using Predict Instant. We’re paid a referral fee by suppliers for introductions, whether or not a contract is completed, and this never affects the price you pay.
Your requirements are yours. You’re in control of the requirements you enter, and the deals you see are matched to them. Because those inputs are yours alone, we can’t take responsibility for their accuracy or suitability, or for deals matched on the basis of them.
Our suggestions are here to guide, not decide. If you’d like a helping hand, we’ll suggest requirements based on our database of usage by comparable businesses with an equivalent number of lines, so you can see what businesses like yours typically use. These are offered purely as guidance, not advice or a recommendation, so please satisfy yourself that any requirements, and any deal, are right for your business; we can’t accept responsibility for this information or decisions made on the back of it.
We don’t recommend one deal over another. Deals are displayed purely on how closely they match the requirements set. Our comparisons, summaries, and educational content are there to inform, not to advise. They aren’t professional, financial, or legal advice.
The final decision is yours. We offer a range of solutions matched in good faith to the requirements you have set. The final decision on which deal to choose, and which supplier to proceed with, is yours and yours alone.
Our supplier panel. We work with a chosen panel of vetted suppliers we’ve known for years. They don’t represent the whole market, so alternative deals may be available elsewhere.
Your contract is with the supplier. Our job is to make the introduction. Any contract you enter into is made directly and solely with the supplier. We’re not a party to it and can’t take responsibility for its terms, its performance, or anything the supplier does or doesn’t do.
Deals come straight from suppliers. The deals you see are live supplier offers matched as closely as possible to your requirements. We do our best to check them and to note customer service responses, but this information is passed through directly from the supplier, so we can’t guarantee a perfect fit or the accuracy, availability, pricing, or final terms of any deal. These may be subject to supplier confirmation, credit checks, or change.
Response times. We ask suppliers to contact you within 2 working hours of selection, and we encourage them to be prompt, but we can’t guarantee any response time, contact, or completed sign-up.
Data sharing. When you select a deal, you consent to us sharing your business contact details with your chosen supplier, so the introduction can be made.
Where our responsibility ends. We’ll always do our best to support you, and we aim to comply with all applicable laws in providing the service. That said, Predict Instant is provided free of charge and “as is”, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all liability of any kind, whether in contract, delict (including negligence), or otherwise, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, reliance on any deal, content, comparison, or suggestion, your inputs into the platform, or your dealings or contract with any supplier, including loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, or data, and any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
